Arrive at Ben Gurion Airport to be met and assisted by your Ramah- ITC representative. Meet your Ramah tour educator and family educator and travel south. Introduction to the tour at the Negev Brigade Memorial outside of Beersheva. Hotel check-in and free time to relax and swim. Welcome dinner at the hotel

Wednesday, 24 June - The Desert: To Flower or Preserve?
Take a nature walk through Ein Avdat Nature Reserve to the waterfall pool, with an option to continue on a more challenging hike up through the canyon. Pay homage at the graves of David and Paula Ben Gurion, overlooking the desert views of Nahal Tzin. Enjoy a camel trek through the Negev Desert followed by a delicious dinner in a Bedouin tent at Mamsheet.

Thursday, 25 June - The Dead Sea Comes Alive
Early departure to ascend Masada by the Roman Ramp (cable car option available for those who need it). Tour this impressive excavation and discuss the terrible dilemma faced by its Jewish population during Roman times. Parashat Korah - Morning service at HUC Synagogue Kiddush with representatives of the IRAC organization Shabbat lunch at the hotel - Torah study session at HUC Walking tour through nearby Jerusalem neighborhoods, guided by the poetry of Yehuda Amichai. Sunday, 28 June - Jerusalem in Her Glory
Stumble across many archeological finds as you take part in a handson dig through archeological matter that has been dumped into Emek Tzurim from under the Temple Mount. In the Kotel Tunnels, walk alongside the massive foundation stones of the Western Wall Explore the Southern Wall Excavations and take a virtual, computerized "walk" through the ancient Temple Mount at the Davidson Center Take part in "Roving the Rova," Ramah's interactive family game that explores the Jewish Quarter, primarily of the 19th century. Monday, 29 June - Yizkor: Memorializing the Jewish State
Visit Lifeline for the Old, a moving crafts workshop that employs Jerusalem elderly. Enjoy shopping for unique hand-crafted Judaica items in their store.
