Morning arrival in Israel to be met and assisted by your ITC representative at Ben Gurion Airport Put down roots in Israeli soil immediately as you plant a tree in honor or in memory of a loved one At the Latrun IDF Armored Corps center, review (and climb on) the tanks and hear about the battles fought there for the road to Jerusalem. Ascent to Jerusalem Gaze upon the Temple Mount from the Tayelet, as did Abraham when he prepared to sacrifice Isaac; take in the breathtaking view. Hotel check-in to rest and prepare for Shabbat. Kabbalat Shabbat at the Kotel or a choice of neighborhood synagogues (suggestions, walking directions to be provided) Shabbat dinner at the hotel

Sunday, February 15 - Jerusalem of Old
In the Kotel Tunnels, walk alongside the Western Wall's massive foundation stones. Tour the Southern Wall Excavations and experience a multi-media, virtual tour of the ancient Temple at the Davidson Center Free time for lunch (on one's own) and shopping in the Jewish Quarter. Travel through many centuries on a tour of the Jewish Quarter, including entrance to the Herodian Mansions. Enjoy dinner (on one's own) in the large kosher food court at Malha Mall and enjoy the hustle and bustle of the Middle East's largest indoor shopping center

Monday, February 16 - Those Who Made a Difference
Visit the newly-opened state-of-the art Holocaust Memorial Museum and the Children's Memorial at Yad Vashem. Alternative for younger children: At the Jerusalem Biblical Zoo, enjoy meeting the animals that roamed this land during Bible times (accompanied by adult/s) Visit the Herzl Museum, where the Father of Modern Zionism is "brought to life" before your eyes Take some free time this afternoon for shopping on Ben Yehuda Pedestrian Mall. Group dinner at a lovely Jerusalem restaurant.

Tuesday, February 17 - Freedom Fighters or Fanatics?
Early departure for the ascent by cable car to Masada. Tour this impressive excavation and discuss the terrible dilemma faced by its Jewish population during Roman times. Enjoy a walk through the beautiful Ein Gedi Nature Reserve and review the biblical story of kings David and Saul "on site". Stop for a dip in the amazing Dead Sea. Return to Jerusalem for a free evening.

Wednesday, February 18 - The Northern Mediterranean Coast
Take a panoramic bus tour of Haifa, including views of the Bahai Gardens. In historic Acco, visit the new exhibit about the years of Muslim rule of the city at the adjacent Turkish Baths and the British prison, where Jewish freedom fighters were incarcerated Play a family scavenger hunt game (ITC program) in the Tunisian Synagogue in Acco, which is completely decorated with mosaics depicting stories from Jewish history and traditional texts. Take the cable car to the mesmerizing ocean grottos of Rosh Hanikra, at Israel's border with Lebanon. Visit Israeli Reform Congregation Or Hadash and meet with Rabbi Nof. Enjoy a catered dinner there, to be joined by members of Or Hadash.

Thursday, February 19 - A Variety of Northern Communities
In-depth tour of the synagogues, courtyards, and shops of the mystical city of Tzefat Travel through the Golan Heights by Jeep (Shvilim), off the beaten track, and stop to gaze down over the Galilee as the Syrians once did Travel south to Tel Aviv for hotel check-in Delicious Yemenite dinner at Maganda Restaurant.
