center against the backdrop of ancient Caesaria.
Excavations include an impressive amphitheatre and aqueduct
Take the cable car to the mesmerizing ocean grottos of Rosh
Hanikra, at Israel's border with Lebanon

Group may split: Glide down Jordan River tributaries in a kayak
OR At Tel Hai, learn of the struggle of Israel's early pioneers
to establish strong Jewish settlement in the Galilee
Travel to the Golan Heights and stop to gaze down over the
Galilee from Tel Facher as the Syrians once did; enter former
Syrian bunkers. Visit an IDF army base (if available)
OR At Kibbutz El Rom, see original footage from the brave
Valley of Tears Kahalani battle, which secured the Golan
Heights during the Yom Kippur War. Learn about the history
of the Golan Heights and the valiant story of Gamla, called the
"Masada of the North," at the lovely Golan Antiquities Museum
(time permitting) Group may split: Taste the fruits of the
region in the form of award-winning wines at the Golan Winery
OR Travel back in time as you visit the excavated Talmudic
