Tuesday, 30 June - Cities of Many Religions
Walk through the beautiful Bahai Gardens and learn a bit about their secret faith. Take the cable car to the mesmerizing ocean grottos at Rosh Hanikra, at Israel's border with Lebanon Visit Acco, a city of many religions, including your choice of: the new exhibit about the years of Muslim rule of the city at the adjacent Turkish Baths; the beautiful Mosque of Jazzar; the British prison, where Jewish freedom fighters were incarcerated; the amazing Tunisian Synagogue, which is completely decorated with mosaics depicting stories from Jewish history and traditional texts (number of stops depends on time available) Return to the hotel for a swim and dinner

Wednesday, 1 July- In the Footsteps of Sages and Mystics
Enjoy a walk through the outdoor co-existence art exhibit by local Jewish, Muslim, and Christian artists in the Wadi Nis Nis market in Haifa. Travel through the Golan Heights by jeep (Shvilim), stopping to gaze down over the Galilee as the Syrians once did Take a nature walk through the scenic Saluki Springs for a view of ruins of both a Hasmonean village and a Syrian army encampment; dip your toes in cool natural waters (near Katzrin) Learn about the history of the Golan Heights and the valiant story of Gamla, called the "Masada of the North," at the lovely Golan Antiquities Museum. Taste the fruits of the region in the form of award-winning kosher wines at the Golan Winery. Visit the charming new artist village at Moshav Aniam on the Golan Heights, followed by dinner there at the lovely new Suzanne Bistro.
