Friday, February 13 - When You Come Into the Land (Deut. 26:1)
Morning arrival in Israel to be met and assisted by your ITC representative at Ben Gurion Airport. Put down roots in Israeli soil immediately as you plant a tree in honor or in memory of a loved one. At the Latrun IDF Armored Corps center, review (and climb on) the tanks and hear about the battles fought there for the road to Jerusalem. Ascent to Jerusalem Gaze upon the Temple Mount from the Tayelet, as did Abraham when he prepared to sacrifice Isaac; take in the breathtaking view Hotel check-in to rest and prepare for Shabbat Kabbalat Shabbat at the Kotel or a choice of neighborhood synagogues (suggestions, walking directions to be provided) Shabbat dinner at the hotel

Sunday, February 15 - Jerusalem of Old
In the Kotel Tunnels, walk alongside the Western Wall's massive foundation stones. Tour the Southern Wall Excavations and experience a multi-media, virtual tour of the ancient Temple at the Davidson Center. Free time for lunch (on one's own) and shopping in the Jewish Quarter. Travel through many centuries in tour of the Jewish Quarter, including entrance to the Herodian Mansions. Free evening in Jerusalem.

Monday, February 16 - Those Who Made a Difference
Visit the newly-opened state-of-the art Holocaust Memorial Museum and the Children's Memorial at Yad Vashem Alternative for younger children: At the Jerusalem Biblical Zoo, enjoy meeting the animals that roamed this land during Bible times (accompanied by adult/s) Visit the Herzl Museum, where the Father of Modern Zionism is "brought to life" before your eyes. Take some free time this afternoon for shopping on Ben Yehuda Pedestrian Mall Enjoy dinner (on one's own) in the kosher food court at Malha Mall and enjoy the hustle and bustle of the Middle East's largest indoor shopping center

Tuesday, February 17 - Foundations of the Modern State
Tour Old Jaffa, where many early immigrants began their lives in Israel, including browsing through the colorful outdoor mideastern market, shuk hapishpishim At Independence Hall, relive Ben Gurion's moving declaration of the State. Browse through unique craft items in historic Nachalat Binyamin's colorful, open-air market, and see modern Tel Aviv in action. Enjoy an extremely impressive presentation of the amazing achievements of the Palmach at the new multimedia Palmach Museum. Travel to Israel's northern region Hotel check-in and dinner

Wednesday, February 18 - The Northern Mediterranean Coast
Take a panoramic bus tour of Haifa, including views of the Bahai Gardens. In historic Acco, visit the new exhibit about the years of Muslim rule of the city at the adjacent Turkish Baths and the British prison, where Jewish freedom fighters were incarcerated. Play a family scavenger hunt game (ITC program) in the Tunisian Synagogue in Acco, which is completely decorated with mosaics depicting stories from Jewish history and traditional texts. Take the cable car to the mesmerizing ocean grottos of Rosh Hanikra, at Israel's border with Lebanon. Dinner at the lovely steak house (kosher, of course!) at Moshav Liman.

Thursday, February 19 - A Variety of Northern Communities
In-depth tour of the synagogues, courtyards, and shops of the mystical city of Tzefat. Travel through the Golan Heights by jeep (Shvililm), off the beaten track, and stop to gaze down over the Galilee as the Syrians once did Travel south through the Jordan River Valley to the Dead Sea Region. Hotel check-in and dinner

Friday, February 20 - Freedom Fighters or Fanatics?
Early departure for the ascent by cable car to Masada. Tour this impressive excavation and discuss the terrible dilemma faced by its Jewish population during Roman times Travel south, through the Arava Desert to Eilat Kabbalat Shabbat at the hotel or on the beach Shabbat dinner at the hotel -
