Visit the state-of-the art Holocaust Memorial Museum, Children's Memorial, and Valley of the Communities at Yad Vashem (12 and over only); alternative Ramah program for younger children
Take in new multi-media presentation about the life of the Visionary of Modern Zionism at the newly opened Herzl Center
At Mt. Herzl and the Military Cemetery learn about the bravery of those who sacrificed their lives so that we could have a State of our own. Children under 12 will have a parallel program about Theodore Herzl (time permitting)
Evening: In the Kotel Tunnels, walk alongside the Western Wall's massive foundation stones

| Plant a tree in Israeli soil in honor or in memory of a loved one
At the "Dig for a Day" program at Beit Guvrin, uncover actual artifacts as you participate in an ongoing archeological dig. Spelunking (cave crawling) also available for the adventurous
At the Latrun IDF Armored Corps center, review (or climb on) the tanks and learn about battles fought there for the road to Jerusalem OR Stop at Tel Azeka and stand on the cliffs where the Philistines camped during the battle between David and Goliath. Gaze down over the battleground and review (or act out) the biblical story on site
Return to Jerusalem and enjoy free time for dinner (on one's own); optional home hospitality visit for coffee and cake with Jerusalem families
