4th Day of Hanukkah - Arrival in Israel at Ben Gurion Airport, to
be met and assisted by your ITC representative. Opening ceremony
and tree planting at a JNF forest. Plant a tree as a family in
honor or in memory of a loved one. At the Latrun IDF Armored
Corps center, review (or climb on) the tanks and learn about battles
fought there for the road to Jerusalem. Ascent to Jerusalem.
Gaze upon the Temple Mount from the Tayelet, as did Abraham
when he prepared to sacrifice Isaac; take in the breathtaking
view. We light the Hanukkah candles together overlooking the Old
City of Jerusalem Hotel check-in Welcome dinner at the hotel

| Friday, 26 December - Erev Shabbat 5th Day of Hanukkah

Track A: Masada and the Dead Sea (cable car)
Early morning departure for Masada to tour this impressive excavation
and discuss the terrible dilemma that faced its Jewish
inhabitants during Roman times (cable car both directions) Spend
the remainder of today at a Dead Sea resort hotel, enjoying its
spa facilities, lunch, and the amazing Dead Sea. Return to
Jerusalem. Track B: Masada and the Dead Sea (Snake Path)
Track C: Those Who Made a Difference. For Everyone: Prepare
for Shabbat. Hanukkah and Shabbat candle lighting at the hotel
Kabbalat Shabbat at Robinson's Arch; walk back to the hotel.

for an overview of all you will see and do in the ancient city of
Jerusalem followed by a tour of the New Shrine of the Book
Explore the wonderful fortress that houses the Jerusalem Museum
at the Tower of David for a rich overview of the history of
Jerusalem throughout the ages. In the Kotel Tunnels, walk alongside

Nachalat Binyamin Track B: Tikkun Olam and Digging Israel. Visit
Lifeline for the Old, At the "Dig for a Day" program at Beit
Guvrin, have a hands-on experience of archeology as you uncover
actual artifacts, taking part in an actual archeological dig; "cave
crawl" Masorti Youth Village of Neve Hana in Kiryat Gat
Continue to Tel Aviv - Track C: Tel Aviv - The First Hebrew
City. Travel to the Tel Aviv area. At Weitzman's home, pay tribute
to this singular leader. Walk though the historic Neve Tzedek
neighborhood, a UNESCO Heritage site. Palmach Museum OR Climb
down into the amazing underground, pre-State bullet factory built
by the Haganah under the noses of the British at the Ayalon

and some of the pressing issues facing Israel today. Drive through
Tel Aviv University and visit the Cimbalista Synagogue. Browse
through unique craft items in Nachalat Binyamin's colorful, open-air
market, and see modern Tel Aviv in action. Track B: Tikun Olam
"Table to Table," participating in the important mitzvah of leket -
"Dialogue in the Dark," Track C: Footloose in Tel Aviv (free time
to meander and enjoy) Sheinken Street, the Greenwich Village of
