Departure from Eilat

You and your guide will depart from your hotel at 07:30AM, and arriving at the Arava border crossing. We will then enter the Kingdom of Jordan. From here the "Lost City of Petra" is a 2 hour drive.

A 30 minute walk through the Canyon (Wadi Siq) and you are at the entrance of Petra.

One of the Wonders of the Ancient World, Petra is an archeological, anthropological and geological phenomenon. Petra is an absolute must for all visitors to the region.

Your private guide will explain the history, legends, myths and truths of this astonishing city carved 2,000 years ago from the Red Sandstone Mountains.

Enjoy a buffet lunch in Petra, followed by an afternoon visit to Wadi Musa (a small village nearby), and city tour of Aqaba. Then the return drive back to the Arava border arriving in the evening in Eilat.
