Sunday – The Modern City
Visit Lifeline for the Old, a crafts workshop for Jerusalem's elderly
At Yad Vashem, visit the Memorial Museum, Children's Memorial, and outdoor sculptures. Stop for lunch at Malha Mall. Meet with Gilo's Chabad rabbi and the terror victims with whom he works. At Shaarei Tzedek hospital, learn about special programs to heal terror victims. Dinner at Apropos dairy restaurant

Monday – Into the Desert
Learn of the courageous battle for Jerusalem in 1967 at Ammunition Hill
Enjoy a nature walk in Ein Gedi and stop for lunch on the way south
Tour Masada and learn about the Zealots last stand against the Romans
Ride camels through the desert and eat a traditional Bedouin dinner (kosher, of course) in a Bedouin tent.
Overnight: Dead Sea
 
Tuesday – Desert Dreamers
Dead Sea swim and spa. Hike through the Flour Cave
At Nevatim, visit a special synagogue that residents brought on aliya with them from India. Lunch in Beersheva Mall. Meet with Professor Velvel Green of Ben Gurion University to hear about the field of Jewish medical ethics and his personal story
Return to Jerusalem. Dinner at Norman's Steak House

Wednesday – The Struggle for our Homeland
Visit Hebron to tour the city and the Ma'arat Hamachpela
Meet with Boruch and Sarah Nachshon in Kiryat Arba to hear about the challenges of their daily lives. Free time for lunch in Kiryat Arba
Learn about the historic struggle for Gush Etzion at the Kfar Etzion multi-media presentation. Tour the city of Efrat with Rabbi Shlomo Riskin
Daven minha at Kever Rachel. Free for dinner in Jerusalem

Thursday – Northern Trails
Daven shaharit at the home of President Katzav
Meet with the Children of Chernobyl at Kfar Chabad, and visit an etrog farm and a matzah bakery. Participate in a memorial service to those who died by terror last Pesach in Netanya. Travel north to tour the ancient city of Tzippori, home to Rabbi Judah the Prince. Enjoy Klezmer music over dinner in Tzefat
Overnight: Rimon Inn, Tzefat
 
Friday – Layers of Northern History
Tour Tzefat synagogue, courtyards, and shops. Travel to the Golan Heights for a scenic overlook. Free time for lunch in Katzrin
Enjoy the fruits of the land at the Golan Winery
Prepare for Shabbat. Dinner at the Hotel
Overnight: Rimon Inn, Tzefat
